What makes a Russo New York Pizzeria Italian Kitchen franchise better than other chains?

Our chef Anthony Russo has created a recipe using his family tradition since 1942, making pizza the old-fashioned way. If you can't make it fresh, don't serve, the family secret has been chef Russo's family promise. Our franchise model is a proven concept that works. It starts with the food using fresh premium ingredients, from house-made pizza sauce to homemade pizza dough hand-rolled and baked in a brick oven is what separates us from fast-food pizza chains. There is no pre-made sauce in the box at Russo. We make every item fresh daily, and consumers can taste the difference. This is a truly authentic way of making New York-style pizza the old-fashioned way, fresh to order.
