Apply
Prospective franchisees receive and review Russo’s New York Pizzeria & Italian Kitchen franchise information packet, then returns the completed confidential application to the corporate office.
Location Search
The Russo’s team will discuss site guidelines and assist in determining if the requested location’s demographics, region, and marketplace is the right fit.
Qualifying
Russo’s Franchise team reviews candidate information and notifies candidates that they are approved or denied.
Buildout
We offer support on architecture, floor plan development, kitchen layout, and interior design including all furniture and fixtures. We’ll assist you during the entire journey.
Franchise Disclosure
The Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) is sent to the approved candidate to be reviewed within 14 days, after which, the candidate pays the franchise fee.
Training Development
Your comprehensive training & orientation plan will be scheduled in Houston, Texas. During this time, we will train you on front of house and back of house operations, processes, and procedures.
Discovery Day
Pre-qualified prospective franchisees are invited to visit the corporate office.
Grand Opening
Our operations team will be available to support you during your new store opening. From delivery to kitchen set up and training your staff, we’ll be with you all the way to the grand opening!
